Define: the story's central conflict (every compelling story has a tension — what is the before state that creates the problem?), the protagonist (who is the story about — the customer, the founder, the team?), the turning point (the moment everything changed — the insight, the breakthrough, the help received), the resolution (the after state — what is the world or life like now?), and the implicit lesson (what does the story prove without saying it directly?). Map to a 3-act structure.
